Biography:

Panayiotis Toulouras holds a BA (Hons) in Law & a Masters (LLM) specializing in European and International Trade law from the University of Leicester.

Over the years he has amassed an extensive experience in Company and Commercial Law, Multi-national or multi-jurisdictional Corporate Structuring, Investment Fund Structuring and Compliance. Through successfully working with gaming and tech companies from around the world, Panayiotis has also gained a rich background focused on International Gaming Law and Licensing in various jurisdictions and Legal Framing for Software, Apps and Tech.

Panayiotis Toulouras is a board member of the Electricity Authority of Cyprus.
